The project

Xania Real Estate is a company specializing in real estate, particularly in the sale of luxury properties. One project currently managed by Xania Real Estate is the "Werdhölzlistrasse" building. This is a 5-story building that is to be visualized in a real-world context.

1. Moodboard

We started with a thorough analysis to design an individual interior style. To this end, we used moodboard creation to give the client a concrete idea of the chosen design direction.

2. Study of light

In architecture and building design, lighting plays a key role in creating pleasant and attractive spaces. Not only does light affect our mood and well-being, but it can also improve the efficiency and functionality of a space. In our study, we focused on the behavior of light in the building to understand whether the space is more attractive with daylight or evening light.

3. Shading & Rendering

The faithful reproduction of materials allows us to achieve an appealing visual appearance. The use of high-quality brand-name products such as Marazzi, Antonio Luppi, Los, etc. further enhances the apartments and positions them in the luxury segment.

4. Exploded views

Visualization of information plays a crucial role in presenting complex data in an understandable and appealing way. As part of our project, we created exploded graphics to increase understanding of the location of each apartment and present it in an interactive and fun way.
